ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
All order confirmations are sent when goods are shipped. It has come to our attention that Yahoo Mail blocks ALL notifications. This is an issue we are looking into.
SHIPPING
Our coffee is freshly roasted and packaged when you place your order. Please allow 48 hours from placing your order to it being dispatched. For combined orders (coffee and apparel) an additional day may be required to fulfil your order.
All orders are dispatched throughout Monday - Friday.
As a proud member of the Armed Forces Covenant, we ship through the BFPO.
For orders to Europe please allow additional time for delivery.
**Carriage to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Ireland and Northern Ireland are excluded from the above Courier Shipping rates**
We regret that at this time we are unable to ship coffee or tea products to the USA however all non-consumables can be ordered for worldwide distribution.
